Before Build-to-Rent, Cavan developed office towers, corporate campuses, retail centers and custom-home communities across Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, California and Nebraska. Here is a selection of past Cavan Companies projects.
Cavan Associates partnered with Johnson Wax Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Johnson Wax, to build a five-story atrium office building at Menaul Boulevard and Lester in Albuquerque’s uptown business district. Completed in February 1983, it became a prominent address in the city’s office market.
Cavan developed seven single-story office buildings in three phases in the Scottsdale Airpark, with flexible layouts for professional and corporate tenants. Construction started in July 1996, and the final phase was completed in September 1997.
In the McDowell Mountain foothills north of the Mayo Clinic on Shea Boulevard, Cavan planned 70 custom homesites of 15,000 to 28,000 square feet, laid out to protect views, privacy and the surrounding Sonoran Desert.
