Dave began developing real estate in Scottsdale more than 50 years ago and has led the business through five decades of office, retail, residential and Build-to-Rent development. He has always been quick to credit the investors who backed each project and the employees, vendors and partners who built the company’s culture.
Seeing the shift in how Americans want to live, Dave created The Bungalows™: detached, single-story rental homes with private yards in gated, professionally managed communities. He was named CEO of the Year by IMN in 2025 and a GlobeSt. Influencer in Multifamily in 2026.
